1. Strict No Refund Policy

At wondernestkidz, we deal exclusively in digital, intangible goods (PDF files, printable worksheets, and digital bundles). Because our products are delivered instantly and cannot be physically returned, we maintain a strict NO REFUND and NO CANCELLATION policy.

Once your payment is processed, the digital file is generated and sent to you immediately. Due to the nature of this transaction, all sales are considered absolute and final.

2. Non-Receipt of Digital Product

We guarantee the delivery of your digital product. If, for any reason (e.g., technical glitches, spam filters, or typing your email incorrectly during checkout), you do not receive the email containing your PDF download links, we will manually resend the PDF to you.

Failure to receive the automated email does not qualify for a refund. Instead, we require you to contact us so we can fulfill our obligation by ensuring you receive the files you purchased.

3. Corrupted or Defective Files

If the PDF you downloaded is corrupted, unopenable, or defective, please contact us immediately. We will investigate the issue and send you a working replacement file. A refund will not be issued; a working replacement will be provided.
